The Bureau of Unfair Comparisons

Compare two cities, absurdly

Every comparison site will give you GDP per capita and the price of a cappuccino. This one won't. Below: only measurable absurdities — the metrics that decide what a Tuesday actually feels like.

City one
City two
Old scores to settle

A dot marks a row's winner where a direction exists; some facts (sunset time, holidays, siestas) have no better or worse — they are simply who the city is. Bars share one scale per row across the whole atlas. "Asleep" reads the city's measured median kitchen hours against its clock right now — the hours on record, not the people. Methods per metric live on the Anti-Awards pages.
